Direct Commission: This is the amount you would receive when someone who joins the Ten Steps program from your site, signs on with each program. You can see that when a new signup joins all 12 programs, you will receive $137.66

Residual: This column indicates whether the program pays ongoing residuals each month. This is money you will continue to receive as long as the new member stays in the particular program. Each new member can bring up to $15 monthly residuals. This does not include downline commissions on sales and downline residuals.

No. of Levels: Shows whether and how many levels deep direct commissions or monthly residuals are paid. Eight of the twelve programs pay on 2 or more levels.

Monthly Fee: The monthly cost of maintaining this particular program or service. In most cases, you cannot receive commissions unless you remain a paying member yourself.

Startup Cost: This is the initial fee or startup cost for the first month or to purchase the product or service.
